All policy and billing questions should be answered by your agent or broker who sold you the policy.

Every policy has a provision that allows your insurance company to audit the basis upon which the company determines the policy premiums. Your policy was taken out based on an estimated quote of exposure for the policy term. An audit determines what the actual exposure is for that audit term.

CVAS is contracted by your insurance company to perform the audits for them.

The owner(s) full name and title needs to be shown on the audit regardless of whether the owner(s) received payment or not. 

Any employee who worked during the audit period needs to be included in the audit. 

Yes, these are included in the gross wages.  Please provide a separate column for overtime pay as this will be addressed separately on the audit.

Detailed, explicit, descriptions of job duties for each employee, officer and subcontractor insures proper classification and an accurate audit.
